How far in advance should I order? +
Order by 8 PM for next-day delivery. For custom cakes or large orders, we recommend 48 hours notice.
Do you deliver? +
Yes! We deliver locally within Hyderabad for ₹50. Self-pickup is also available — we'll share the address after confirmation.
When do I pay? +
Payment is made after we confirm your order via call. We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm) and bank transfer.
Can I customise an order? +
Absolutely! Add a note when ordering. We do custom messages, occasion packaging, and flavour tweaks where possible.
What's the shelf life? +
Cheesecakes: 3–4 days refrigerated. Brownies: 4–5 days at room temp. Cookies: 5–7 days in an airtight box.
Do you take bulk / corporate orders? +
Yes! WhatsApp us for bulk pricing and custom packaging for corporate gifting, events, and celebrations.
